- Skin: Spray on and lightly rub into all areas of exposed skin.
- Surface: Best on pillow, cushion, linen, blankets, and curtain.
- Space: Space spray your room / tent 15-30 minutes before bedtime for a peaceful night sleep.
Shake well before each use. Reapply as needed. Avoid contact with eyes.
